Shipping & Returns

Estimated Ground Shipping Times (Domestic): We ship from Utah and ground can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on location once a cutout is shipped. We offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight shipping rates at checkout. Most orders ship next business day.

Expedited Shipping

To ensure same-day processing for air shipments, all expedited orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST. Orders received after that time will be processed on
the following business day. For example, an overnight order placed on a Friday at 11:05 AM will be processed on the next business day (Monday) and delivered
on Tuesday.

Please note that shipping timelines begin the day after the package is picked up by the carrier. For instance, a 3-day air shipment placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day, with delivery expected three business days after processing. Air shipping does not include weekends or holidays.

Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for instructions.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and all included materials. Items that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete may not be
eligible for a refund. This includes removal of the cardboard used for protection during shipping.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with a photo of the product, photo of the shipping label, and photo of the damaged box. You may request either a refund or a replacement. In cases of shipping damage, you will not need to return the item, but we ask that you
retain the product and original packaging for 10–15 business days while the shipping carrier conducts a claim investigation.
