Because items are personalized, they can't be returned. The only acceptable returns are for damaged products.
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement.
To return an item, please call a Customer Service Representative at admin@allpersonalization.com or 646-820-5796 within 7 days of shipment for return instructions. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
We offer cardboard, foamboard, and coroplast materials.
Cardboard is our least expensive (but still great) option, foamboard has the best print quality, and coroplast is the sturdiest option!
